Those are the registration numbers your accounts team will want, and both appear on every invoice we issue. The address is the registered office, which is where formal notices go. It is not a walk-in office and there is nobody at a desk there to take a question about your account, so writing is both faster and the way to get an answer on the record.

One address, for everything

hi@dutytick.com reaches us for every kind of question: the product, a bill, a refund, your data, a complaint about mail sent through DutyTick, or a security report. We keep one address rather than six because a question sent to the wrong one of six is a question nobody answers.

We answer in writing, within two working days, and we answer the requests we turn down as well as the ones we agree to.

Everything goes by email on purpose. It gives both sides the same record of what was asked and what was decided, which a phone call does not, and it means a request is still there to be picked up when whoever handles it is not at a desk.

What to tell us

Three things get almost any question answered on the first reply rather than the third:

If you are writing about a payment, add the amount and the invoice number. Every invoice we issue carries one, and it is the fastest way to the right payment.

Where the answer may already be

Reporting a security problem

Write to the same address with what you found and how to reproduce it. Tell us before you tell anybody else, and give us time to fix it. We will not come after you for having looked, as long as you did not take data that was not yours, break anything, or use somebody else's account to do it.
