An add-on: it works with your people inside the platform. You do not need it to get started, and it plugs into whatever packages you already run.

Build any form

• A visual builder: drag in the fields, arrange them, set what is required.
• Text, numbers, dates, dropdowns, file uploads, signatures, tables.
• Fields that appear or hide depending on earlier answers.
• Templates to start from: medical declarations, self-declarations, indemnities, acknowledgments.

SOP checklists

• A checklist runs step by step, one at a time, with evidence before the next step: a photo, a note, a document, a location.
• Mandatory steps cannot be skipped.
• Each step is timed, and finishing the checklist produces the incident report on its own.
• Checklists belong to positions, so when the guard changes, the checklist moves to the successor.

Send, collect, approve

• Publish a form to one person, a department, or everyone, with a due date.
• Responses reviewed, approved or rejected, and exported.
• A submission can kick off an approval or a generated document.
• See who has filled it, who has not, and how long it takes.
