Pay
Coming soon.
Salary, every month, without the month-end scramble. The pay run counts what attendance already recorded, the deductions and tax forms your country asks for, and the registers an inspection will ask for.
Salary structure
- Earnings, deductions and reimbursements set to your own components.
- One company, many offices, each with its own rules.
- Your currency, not ours.
The pay run
- Monthly, bi-weekly or weekly runs, whichever you pay on.
- Attendance and leave feed in from Run the week, so hours are not typed twice.
- Proration for joiners and leavers, arrears handled automatically.
- One-time additions and deductions with approval, not silent edits.
- Approval before money moves: draft, reviewed, approved, processed. Each stage logged.
- Hold someone's salary pending clearance, release it when cleared.
- Bank files generated in the format your bank expects.
Deductions and taxes
- The statutory deductions your country asks for, computed inside the run.
- In India: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and LWF, with challans and filings.
- Investment declarations with proof, and TDS projected month to month.
- Year-end forms generated from the same data that ran the payroll.
- Minimum wage checked against the slabs, so a shortfall is caught before it is paid.
- Gratuity computed and projected, so the liability is never a surprise.
Registers and reports
- The registers an inspection will ask for, produced from the pay run itself.
- Variance reports comparing this run against the last, flagging anything odd.
- Cost-centre splits for accounts.
- Payslips each employee can see and download themselves.
What comes with it
Every base package carries the same foundation: the employee record, the org chart, document storage, and expiry alerts for documents like visas and certifications.
One record follows the person. Hiring, attendance, growth and exit all read the same record, so nothing is typed in twice.
