Run the week
Coming soon.
The day to day. Employees clock in and out, shifts and rosters are set, leave gets applied and approved, and the timesheets write themselves from the attendance.
Clocking in and out
- Clock in from the web, the phone, or a shared tablet at the gate.
- Punch by location, by selfie, or by the office network, whichever your company chooses.
- Field staff record visits with location proof and a note of the customer.
- No signal, no problem: punches taken offline sync when the connection returns.
- A missed punch gets corrected through a request, approved by a manager, not edited in silence.
Shifts and rosters
- Shift templates and rotating rosters, set once and reused.
- Grace periods before someone counts as late.
- Weekly offs per person, with rotation if you run different ones.
- Shift swapping between colleagues, with manager approval.
- Overtime rules: thresholds, rates, and automatic approval where you allow it.
- Flexi-hours with a core band, and the shortfall or surplus counted for you.
Leave
- Leave types, accrual, carry-forward and encashment set to your own policy.
- Requests with approval chains, and a stand-in when the approver is away.
- Balances in real time, so nobody applies for days they do not have.
- Holiday calendars per office, region and country.
- Half days, hourly leave, compensatory off, and leave without pay.
- Special types like paternity, adoption and bereavement, kept separate.
- Approved leave syncs to Google and Outlook calendars.
- A team view of who is out, so two people do not walk out the same week by accident.
Timesheets
- Approved attendance becomes timesheet hours on its own.
- Hours tagged to projects and cost centres, billable or not.
- The month locks after the cutoff, and changes after that need approval and leave a trail.
- Approved hours flow into Pay, so salary is computed from what actually happened.
What comes with it
Every base package carries the same foundation: the employee record, the org chart, document storage, and expiry alerts for documents like visas and certifications.
One record follows the person. Hiring, payroll, growth and exit all read the same record, so nothing is typed in twice.
