• A board per person and per team, with columns in whatever order you work.
• Drag a card when it moves, and everyone sees it move.
• Due dates, priority and estimates on every task.
• Comments, attachments and mentions on the card, not in a chat elsewhere.
• Dependencies: what cannot start until what finishes.

Connected to the rest

• Clock time straight onto a task, so hours are recorded where the work is.
• Leave shows up on the board: someone is out tomorrow, their tasks say so.
• Finished tasks feed the review, so performance is judged on work, not memory.

Seeing the work

• A manager sees every report's board, overdue items and capacity on one screen.
• Templates for repeat work: an onboarding checklist, an exit checklist.
• Sprints with start and end dates, if you work that way.
• What was finished, how long it took, and how that compares across the team.
