Offboarding
Coming soon.
When someone leaves. The notice period, the final settlement, the relieving letter, and the checklist of what comes back, all handled at the end of the same record. Alumni list included, if you want to keep the door open.
Resignation
- An employee resigns from their own login, with a reason.
- The manager acknowledges it with remarks.
- The notice period is computed from the rules you set, with buyout and waiver handled.
The checklist
- An offboarding checklist your company defines: knowledge transfer, asset recovery, access revocation.
- Each department sees its own tasks and ticks them off.
- A no-dues clearance that runs through every department, signed off electronically.
- Nothing slips, because every step is on the record and visible.
Final settlement
- Pending salary, leave encashment, gratuity and deductions, computed from the same record the payroll ran on.
- Recoveries for what did not come back: the laptop, the advance, the notice shortfall.
- Settled within the timeline the law gives you.
Papers and after
- The relieving letter and experience certificate, generated from the record.
- An exit interview, and the reasons analysed across everyone who left.
- When the role needs filling, a requisition opens in Bring in automatically.
- Former employees flagged for rehire when they are worth inviting back.
- An alumni list, if you want to keep in touch.
What comes with it
Every base package carries the same foundation: the employee record, the org chart, document storage, and expiry alerts for documents like visas and certifications.
One record follows the person. Hiring, attendance, payroll and growth all read the same record, so nothing is typed in twice.
